For instance, you can eat foods with dark green colors (such as broccoli, spinach and kale) before the meals. That will create a protective layer on your teeth, and the possible consumption of staining foods afterwards will not hurt the whiteness of your teeth. Furthermore, you can also eat certain fruits and vegetables which would help you in maintaining your dental health. Such foods include celery, cauliflower, carrots and apples.
After the consumption of acidic foods, you can drink milk or eat cheese because these dairy items control the pH level, bringing the acidity level close to zero.
